Yakhin B. Israel

Yakhin B. Israel is the Founder and Principal of Twin Pillar Capital, an innovative commercial real estate development firm and capital advisory firm located in Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA. In addition to acquiring, developing and financing CRE projects that provide both economic and social impact, Twin Pillar is focused on co-creating and cultivating diverse ecosystems within the Commercial Real Estate industry akin to the various ones that thrive within the Tech industry.

Yakhin has led a comprehensive commercial real estate finance career, including a 15-year tenure with Fifth Third Bank in which he originated commercial real estate loans in OH, NC, SC, GA and FL; sold performing and distressed notes and excelled at problem resolution for “special situations”. A natural connector, he also sourced capital nationally for CRE investors and developers of all asset classes as a Senior Vice President of the CBRE Capital Markets/Debt & Structured Finance Group in Tampa.

He obtained the CCIM designation in 2013. He served as the CCIM Florida Chapter’s West Coast District President in 2015 and subsequently held multiple FL Chapter and National leadership roles. Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Yakhin graduated with a BA in Economics from Denison University.
